Eureka: NVIDIA's New AI is Close to AGI! (HUGE BREAKTHROUGH)
How is NVIDIA's Eureka getting closer to AGI? Is AGI no longer in the AI Stages and proceeding to AGI?

It's cliche that LLMs are excellent at making important choices.
They can help you plan trips, help you make business decisions but, these models fall short when it comes to doing simpler and more hardware centric tasks, such as dexterous pen spinning!
But not anymore!
Eureka, a revolutionary algorithm powered by LLMs is developed by Nvidia, which is able to solve this problem by independently generating and refining reward functions for difficult tasks without the need for any prior training data or predefined guidelines.
After watching the initial release from NVIDIA, many experts are wondering if this is the first real AGI because experts define AGIs as an AI that is more capable than humans!
Eureka's ability to outperform human experts in 83% of the tasks with an average improvement of 52% demonstrates its adaptability and novel approach to reinforcement learning!
The algorithm is a complete world in itself!
Not only does it help mimic movements but by incorporating Eureka's rewards into a curriculum learning architecture, AI researchers were able to create a simulated Shadow hand that could execute quick pen spinning stunts at extraordinary speeds.
Because of its success at mimicking human performance in terms of reward design, it keeps on improving!
For reinforcement learning from human feedback, Eureka presents a gradient-free, in-context learning strategy. Without the requirement for model changes, this method can be used to generate reward functions that are both high-performing and in line with human values. By using only textual feedback, Nvidia engineers proved that Eureka could enhance existing human reward functions and generate more human-aligned rewards.
